THE COMPANY
RSViP was established in 1990 as a
marketing consulting firm with a specialization in customer service and
product management. With its growth over the years and the addition
of critical senior management, the firm currently provides very strategic
management and financial services to small and medium-sized businesses who
are in a growth pattern but unable to get to the next step. The principals of RSViP have combined over 30 years experience in high
level business revitalization and turn-around situations as well as
finance and management consulting.
OUR SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Jessica Boraiko - CEO and President
Jessica's approach to entrepreneurship, business development, and turnaround management, is to listen, understand and pro-actively implement change. Her active academic pursuits merely serve to underscore her professional incubation and financial intermediation successes. In addition to RSViP, she actively serves in an Executive capacity for three other growing Companies. Services offered range from capital access and process improvement to the creation of memorable adventures for wealthy constituents.
George Boraiko - Vice President
George serves
in the capacity of VP for Operations Development at RSViP. He leverages
for our benefit his extensive background in real estate syndication,
investments & financial management, and equity growth consulting. Mr. Boraiko
is part owner of and holds Officer and/or Directorship positions in
numerous other Companies offering resource intermediation in B2B Research,
Identity Management, Venture Capital,
Angel Funding, Technology Consulting, Web Services and Memorable “Treasure
Hunt” Adventures.
Mr. Boraiko, as past
President & CEO of First Illinois Capital Corporation, a privately held
corporate syndicator, assisted in the structuring, management and
development of Partnerships involving Burger King, Ground Round, Arthur
Treachers and Pizza Hut restaurants. Additional syndications included real
estate exchanges and Section 8 developments. His professional career also
includes Management and/or Officer positions with such notable firms as
Associates Finance, Merrill Lynch, A.G. Edwards, and National Background
Data, LLC. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration
from Loras College and currently serves in the capacity of President/CEO
of The Ashdale Group Inc. in Tampa, Florida. The Ashdale Group provides Equity Growth
Strategy & Facilitation Services to private companies throughout the
world. |
